Rachel's 4 Layer Cake

This was my first attempt at slicing layers horizontally to make 4. It came out much better than I expected! I used toothpicks to mark the center of the layers for cutting and used a knife. (I’ve since aquired a cake leveler which should make this easier in the future!) The cake is yellow cake (box mix) and the frosting is my mom’s chocolate buttercream icing.
